Refund & Returns Policy

At Cornerstone Collectables, we take great care to store and ship all products in the condition described. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Sealed Products All Pokémon and Yu-Gi-Oh! products are sold factory sealed. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened products under any circumstances, as the integrity of the seal cannot be verified once opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@cornerstonecollectables.com.au. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind We do not accept returns for change of mind on sealed collectible products.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged in transit or incorrectly sent.

Australian Consumer Law Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
